Remodel...

We have been busy at our house! Thursday night Zach began demolishing our half wall between the living and dining room and Friday he finished removing the wall in our kitchen! Saturday we spent the entire day painting the upstairs and on Sunday we rested! Much needed rest too as Isaac didn't sleep well on Saturday night. Here are some pictures of the house before any demolition:

Now all we need to do is having our flooring installed! We are putting laminate in the kitchen and dining area and new carpet in the living room and hallway. Hopefully that will be done sometime this week or next.

Zach thinks the kitchen color is a little wild but we are getting used to it. It is definitely different! Once we get wall hangings up and curtains back on the windows I think it will quiet down a lot!

Isaac LOVES to stick his head in the chair like this...it is so funny! He's been doing well...we've been keeping him up a little late the past week and we are paying for it in crabbiness! I'm trying to make sure he gets all his naps this week and to bed early!
